In Marvel Super War Hulk is represented exceptionally, they even gave him the Hulk smash and the one he uses to wipe the floor with Loki. I love this move, it’s really enjoyable to watch him trash his enemies around like rag dolls. He is a highly recommended hero for every new player to get to know the game and basic mechanics.
Of all the Marvel heroes Hulk probably requires the least introduction, but we will still give him the proper one. Bruce Banner was a brilliant military scientist that got radiated while testing a bomb he has created. He turned into a giant green monstrosity of immense strength and constitution – Hulk. His alter ego awakens whenever Bruce feels angry, endangered, or anxious, and he completely loses control over himself. Hulk’s strength increases even further when he gets angrier, so he is practically unstoppable and capable of extreme devastation. This earned him plenty of enemies, of course.
Exceptional crowd control, every skill is some sort of slow or a stun
Easy to get a hang on. Only 3 skills, pretty straightforward and no mana management is required
Good at engaging foes
- Not a real tank. He mostly relies on the items to become a tank really. His abilities have some small portion of healing and protection, but it’s lackluster. All except his ultimate

Hulk early game (lvl 8)
Your first skill of choice should be Jade Giant. This is the ability mentioned in the introduction. It has two mechanics. They depend on the proximity of the foes. If they are out of the melee range, Hulk will throw a massive boulder that hits all foes in the way and slows them down. If any of the foes stand in your melee range, Hulk will smash him three times, and leave him behind himself. This ability is excellent when the enemy dives you beneath the tower, as you can pin him down while the tower is ripping him apart. It’s also good for poking foes in lanes and stopping any foes that try to run away from you or your team. But the most important feature is that this skill can interrupt virtually any foe, even while they seem uninterruptable. He can pull down the Thor while he is channeling his ulti, same with Ronan and any other tested hero, except Mantis. Use this to interrupt any dangerous ultimates and protect your team.
The other basic skill is Hulk Smash, and this one knocks the opponents in the air for 0.5 seconds while dealing some damage in the process. His ultimate is your main engaging tool, especially in the late game. The leap has a nice range and it will position you wherever you need to be while damaging and stunning the enemies you hit. It also has some minor damage reduction in the beginning, which is nice.
Take the top lane and don’t be afraid to trade blows with your opponent, just take care not to stray too far as you can easily become a target for the enemy jungler. If you can’t cope with your laning opponent just stay close to your tower and defend. Save your Jade Giant in case he wants to engage you beneath the tower and make him regret it. Runaway only if you are below ¼ of your full health. Otherwise, stay defensive and try to taunt the enemy to dive you under the tower. When you get to level 4 and unlock your ultimate the situation changes significantly. Your opponent won’t be able to run away with blink anymore as you will be able to catch him and get an easy kill. Note that your item build is not set in stone and that you can modify it in case the enemies have more energy-based heroes.
Hulk mid-late game
He excels at this part of the game, but only in case your team follows your engagements and dives right after you. Otherwise, you won’t be able to do much, as you are not the one dealing damage and carrying your team. Let’s explain the engaging procedure in case you have a good team. You want to either focus the enemy hero that got too close to your team and make him regret it, or the enemy damage dealer that can melt you down. In case one of the enemy players got too close to your team catch him up with Hulk Smash to slow him down just enough to use the Jade Giant and pin him down while your team is ripping him to shreds. Then use the ultimate to dive the rest of the team (backline preferred) and cause havoc upon them. In case you went for high physical defense items, you need to dive their mages as they are most probable to melt you down, or simply go for the marksman in case you think the mage can’t do that much harm. Make sure to use the Jade Giant upon the same foe you engaged and pin him down while the rest of your team does their job. Late in the game, your ultimate will absorb a solid amount of damage and you don’t have to worry that much in case you’ve built all of the defensive items.
