In Marvel Super War Spider Man is one of the most mobile, if not the most mobile hero in the game. Thanks to his second skill, he can move across half the map in 2-3 seconds. Also, he can web and slow his foes and go where most other heroes don’t dare to finish the enemy off. He has to be played as a jungler.

Spider Man, Spider Man, friendly neighbor Spider Man…In case you haven’t heard of him already, Spider Man is a teen bitten by a spider and since then he got the special ability to shoot the white, sticky goo…hmmm…using only his hands. Jokes aside, Spidey was probably your favorite childhood hero, and he is probably the most famous superhero in the Marvel Universe. I believe that anyone who downloaded the game knows who he is. In the movies he was portrayed by three different actors: Tobey Maguire, Andrew Garfield, and the current actor is Tom Holland. They obviously had to change the main actor because the first movie came out in 2002 and he has to be played by a teen.

  • Exceptional mobility, probably the best in the game

  • No mana

  • Exceptional finisher and ganker. He can close the gap quickly, burst the enemy hero and run off before you can say Panzerkampfwagen

  • Prone to crowd control

  • No sustain

Spider Man early game (lvl 8)

Your fist skill of choice should be Web Shot. Map awareness is really important when it comes to Spider Man. While you are clearing the jungle (he must be played as a jungler), watch for the two closest lanes and get ready to jump in if you think there is an easy kill to collect. You can do this right at the start, there is no need to get the ultimate first. Use the Spidey Flight to move around the map quickly and gank the unsuspecting enemies. Don’t try to fight the enemy jungler, you will lose for sure. Spider Man has to hit and run, he can’t linger at one spot for long. Think of him as a dive bomber – get in there, drop your combo and get out fast. Engage the enemy using your Spidey Flight to get nice and close. While you are still hanging, use your Web Shot and follow it with another Spidey Flight. This will open up the opportunity to use your ultimate, Web Punishment. Try to engage the enemy that is under half of his HP and this combo will always secure you the kill. Also, Spidey is extremely prone to cc, be wary when you try to attack the enemies that are good controllers.

Spider Man mid-late game

By now, you should get the hang of it (pun intended). You want to attack the isolated targets, and avoid tanks as there is no use in attacking them. Try to chase the enemies even under the towers if you are sure you’ll get the kill since Spider Man can run away before the tower can shoot twice. By now you should have the Nightsword so the combo is a bit different than in the early game. Just insert the basic attack between every skill usage and it should be fine. Nightsword will really help with its bonus damage so ganking will be much simpler and quicker. Spider Man sucks at team fights, you need to be extra careful who to target. It’s easy to get in the backline and attack the mage/marksman, but it’s usually hard to get out of there, especially if they have a lot of ccs. We recommend going in hanging, drop the Web Shot, and get out instantly while still hanging. It’s a good poke tactic and it will potentially reveal a good target (read: low HP target) to engage. In Marvel Super War Spider Man is one of the most annoying junglers, and you’ll truly hate him if you are playing in the back lane as it’s extremely difficult to run away from this teen bug.
